My thoughts..weight

I am overjoyed today! Finally, I am able to fit in my pants which I never get to wear since mum bought for me.

How I did it? Haha..Trying to scan back in time to see what were the ways I took to loose the extra weight. 
---------Ate lesser carbohydrates. Eg. Rice and bread. (p/s: these are happy food to me!)

-         ---------Drink lesser sugar and carbonated drinks. (my happy food too)
-          ---------I LOVE SWEET MUNCHIES!! Recently, I try not to eat sweets or chocolate so much. I even try not to indulge in cookies.
-         ----------Lessen the taking of coffee and teh tarik!
-         ----------When I was working with my professor, my friends and I had to trek into forest and caves and also carry heavy equipment such as harp trap (a trap to catch bats). We have to carry this heavy harp trap up staircases to go into caves! Well, that’s training for all of us. All of us had loose weight also. Benefit from this, it was work out for all of us!
-          ----------Now that I start work, I want to get back on my regime of workout! But, till now I still couldn’t find the time to go and u know EXERCISE! This morning I was got to go and walk with my dog! It’s was a refreshing and sweaty. Haha..
-          ----------Since I drive to work, I always choose to park my car across the field. So, when I reach office I get to walk at least 100 meters to office. Since my office is on the 3rd floor, I get to walk up the staircases. At least that is the little moving I get to do!
-          -----------My friend Joy recently introduced me to Zumba! I want to try it out! Different activities to make exercise FUN!

EXERCISING is good for the health. I think many of us know that. Even as I drive to work everyday, Red FM will always remind its listeners to WORK OUT! Get out of the chair and go out to get some fresh air!

Get OUT and Get the FREE FRESH air (if you stay in the city, probably not so much fresh air, but at least you get to SWEAT it out!). Go to the PARK, LAKE, HILL and enjoy the nature!

Benefit? It only benefit your body, soul and mind! I once heard the saying when you spend time with green plants, it will increase your creativity!

  1. agree, but fix meals help me alot in decreasing the snacks intake. and water too. drinks lotsa water before and after exercise
